SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

We warrant our products (excluding filters) for a period of 12 months from the date of installation against defective material or workmanship.  Upon the expiry of this 12 months product warranty, you may like to sign on a service/maintenance contract with us.  Checking and servicing regularly prolongs the lifespan of the product.

Our ONE YEAR service/maintenance contract for SENTRY water coolers and water dispensers includes:

 

BI-ANNUAL INSPECTION AND GENERAL SERVICING

a) Removal of dirt and lint from condenser

b) Vacuum and clean interior/exterior of cabinet

c) Replacement of all faulty parts including compressor

d) Replacement of filter cartridges

e) Other Ad-Hoc service calls.

 

The above contract does not cover damage due to misuse and loss due to fire and theft.

We also cater to individual needs and can tailor the maintenance contract to meet your requirements.
